Underated plants, equally at home in both a sun baked border as well as a windswept seaside garden. Looks great in a mixed border or gravel garden.

Lupinus arboreus

Monarda

Monardas, with their aromatic foliage and long flowering are great in a mixed or herbaceous border. They are also much loved by bees. Grow in full sun or light dappled shade in moist but well drained soil.

Moraea

A lovely iris like plant from South Africa. Happiest in full sun and free draining soil.

Nepeta

All the varieties offered have aromatic foliage and with the exception of N. govaniana which likes moist, cool soils, they prefer well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
